Our newly qualified team members!

We are delighted to welcome Claire Cross and Barry Austin as newly qualified team members – they are now Approved Driving Instructors (ADI). Both have recently taken – and passed – their final (Part 3) qualifying test. They were both trained by Christie and both gained very good marks.  We have built their diaries up very quickly and they are now offering lessons in Exeter, Cranbrook and surrounding areas.

Both of them completed their extensive training programme with Christie

Do you have what it takes to become a driving instructor?

Perhaps you would be interested in following in their footsteps and becoming a driving instructor? We would be delighted to hear from you and has a chat about the qualifying process. We do have several blog posts relating to this. It is important to do your research as there are many companies offering training, some of which appear to be making offers which seem almost too good to be true in terms of the cost of training. We have blog posts that go into this in more detail.

The qualifying process is not easy as I’m sure both Claire and Barry would admit. But both of them showed great dedication during their training and fully deserved the results they achieved. They had already had some success while working on a trainee licence – once you have received a minimum of 40 hours training your are allowed to apply for a trainee licence which enables you to charge for lessons whilst still working towards the final qualifying test.
